Who we are We are

We are a group of Green Creek neighbors who object to a cell tower application filed in Polk County in early 2025. This tower application is next to and in the view of many of our homes. The Polk County Board of Adjustment held a hearing and denied the application on two conditions that were not met.

As of June 12, 2025 Towers LLC (a Verizon shell) has filed a lawsuit against our county claiming Polk County has no authority. We encourage Polk County to defend their decision.

Please know that 5G is not the only internet option. Spectrum is bringing high speed (buried) fiber is coming to Polk County and is safer and faster. We need your assistance in raising donations so we can intervene as an interested party in the lawsuit and protect ALL of our rights and zoning authority for stopping a dated and ugly technology of 5G towers. 5G is dying but the towers will remain blighting our landscape. Spectrum Rural Build Out is COMING! THIS IS BETTER.

We are your Polk County neighbors. Like many of you, we live here because of the rural, peaceful setting, the healthy, country living, and the value for farming and equestrian activities.

We rely on our health and the health of our animals and pollinators, and in turn, that supports the health of our community.

Young or old, long time residents or new, we seek this lifestyle for a reason. Whether it’s raising a child, a new foal or a baby chick - or all three - we are united in our desire to keep all of us, and our community, safe, healthy and rural.

For most of us, that is why we live in Polk County. Join Polk County residents for safe tech.
